Scattered with lilacs in blue, purple and lavender, billowy ruffled shoulders and a playful peplum flounce trimmed in white embroidered eyelet add to the femininity of this dress. A vintage millinery purple flower is pinned at the waist. Fully lined in fine white cotton batiste with hidden seams.
